(1) No one shall obtain a disability identification card by giving false information or obtain a disability identification card of another classification by giving false information in case of one category of disability.
(2) If someone obtains a disability identity card contrary to sub-section (1), such person's identity card will be canceled and he/she will be prosecuted in accordance with this Act.
(3) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (2), if it is found that an official has provided an identity card of a different category to a person with a disability while providing accurate details, the authority issuing the identity card will be recommended for action in accordance with the prevailing law.
(4) If it is found that a person has been appointed to a position reserved for a person with a disability in accordance with the prevailing law on the basis of a disability identification card obtained by giving false information, such appointment shall be canceled at any time and the salary and other benefits received by him shall be equal to the government dues, regardless of what is written in the prevailing law. Those found guilty of falsifying the qualifications for obtaining the post above will be punished according to the prevailing law.
