(1) Any person, for the purpose of obtaining or holding the position of a national servant or obtaining any position, benefit or facility, shall use educational qualification, name, lineage, age, caste, surname, address, citizenship or qualification or any other matter. If he gives a false statement or submits a false certificate, he will be imprisoned for six months to one year and fined from 10,000 to 20,000 rupees depending on the amount of the crime.
(2) If a national servant who is required to give property details in accordance with this Act or existing laws, hides and conceals property that is in his name or part of it or is in excess of the real property in the name of the family of one person, he shall be imprisoned for one month to three months and fined up to ten thousand rupees. . In this way, the property kept hidden will also be confiscated.
