(1) Every Nepalese ship must obtain a certificate of tonnage as prescribed. Such a certificate will prove the gross and net tonnage of the vessel.
(2) Such certificate will be provided by the Shipping Inspector of Nepali Shipping Office after receiving the prescribed fee.
