If an application is made before the registrar for the registration of a trade union federation in accordance with rule 7, the registrar shall examine the details mentioned in sub-rule (2) of the same rule and the additional details requested under section 6 of the Act and see if the procedure has been completed. According to sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Act, such trade union federation should be registered in the registration book and given a certificate of registration in the format as per schedule-6.
