In order to register a trade union association in accordance with rule 5, the registrar shall examine the details mentioned in sub-rule (2) of the same rule and the additional details requested according to section 6 of the Act, and see that the procedure has not been met, as per Section 4 of the Act. According to sub-section (4), such trade union association should be registered in the registration book and given a certificate of registration in the format as per schedule-4.
