(1) For the purpose of registering a trademark related to any goods or any type of service, the Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and classify such goods or services.
(2) A separate application should be submitted to register the trademark of goods or services falling under each category.
(3) According to subsection (1), a trademark registered for goods or services belonging to one category may be registered for goods or services belonging to another category.
