: (1) Someone can register the trademark of his trade or business in the department according to section 18 and get the right over that trademark according to this Act.
(2) According to this Act, a trademark registered in the name of a person may be copied by someone else or Section 21D. It should not be used in your own name or in the name of others without obtaining permission in writing for the purpose of use.
