Section 178

If the content of the case is complicated and it is not possible to present such content before the court, or if it is found that the object given as evidence, the subject of dispute or the place where the immovable property is located, the court shall issue an opening order.
(2) If there is an order to observe or inspect according to sub-section (1), the judge himself or an expert or any other employee appointed in accordance with the order of the court shall observe or inspect such item, subject or place.
(3) According to sub-section (2), if an expert or any other employee observes or inspects such an item, subject or place, he shall prepare a report on the matter relevant to the subject matter of the case and submit it to the court.
