(1) Address post will charge the fee as written on the cover of the du and t stamp and deliver to the addressee.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if the addressee refuses to accept the parcel after paying the delivery fee or if the addressee is not found, the parcel shall be returned to the original post office as a postal item with the entire stamp affixed.
