: (1) A person who wants to register something he has made or brought to be made according to section 14 must submit an application to the department in the format as per schedule-1(b) along with a map and drawing with details of that design and four copies of samples.
(2) The person making the application according to sub-section (1) must submit his application as well as the application specified in (a) of Schedule-3 (2) to the customs department.
