: (1) Someone can get the right according to this Act on the design by registering the design of an item made or caused to be made in the department in accordance with section 14.
(2) According to this Act, the design registered in the name of a person can be copied by someone else or Section 21D. It should not be used in your own name or in the name of others without obtaining permission in writing for the purpose of use.
