(1) Detonators ranging from five thousand to more than ten lakhs should be stored in a permanent magazine as mentioned in sub-rule (1) of rule 14.
(2) Detonators of up to 5,000 should be stored in a permanent magazine as mentioned in sub-rule (1) of rule 14 or in a box-type magazine as mentioned in sub-rule (2) of the same rule. But detonators should not be stored in the same room as explosives.
