(1) If it is necessary to issue debentures, the committee may issue the debentures subject to sub-sections (2) and (3) by publishing the prospectus in accordance with section 6. (2) If debentures are to be issued as securities of the fund, prior approval of the body of the Nepal Securities Board. (3) If debentures are issued without collateral for the fund's equity, the information must be given to the Government of Nepal within seven days from the date of issue. (5) The Fund shall keep a separate book with the name of each creditor, the amount of the debenture and other necessary details.
