(1) When issuing debenture or any other type of bond, the fund may issue debenture or any other type of bond not exceeding twenty five percent of its total movable and immovable assets.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the fund may issue bonds in the guaranty of any bank or organization equal to the amount mentioned in that guaranty.
