(1) The Vice-Chancellor shall appoint the Dean to act as the head of the faculty of the institution (2) The dean will be a full-time officer of the institution.
(3) The tenure of the dean will be four years.
(4) Dean's work, duties and rights, remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service shall be as prescribed.
