If someone submits an application to the relevant office for a document to be passed through door khata according to this paragraph and it appears that such document should be passed from his own office, the head of the office or any other employee designated by him shall deposit the fee for passing the document at the office within five days at the place mentioned by the applicant. Such a document should be approved and passed according to the law.
(2) If the document is passed by the door appointed according to sub-section (1), the office has to confirm the bond amount kept according to the same sub-section.
(3) If for any reason the document is not passed by the door appointed in accordance with sub-section (1), the applicant has to withdraw the bond amount within three months.
(4) If the petitioner does not return the bond amount within the time limit as per sub-section (3), the office shall confirm the bond amount.
