The director general or the officer authorized by him will process the late letter post and air mail within the stipulated time. In addition to the late fee for each letter post and air ticket, the stamp duty prescribed by the Government of Nepal will have to be paid. The post offices where suitable items can be processed by post with delayed receipts and the method of filing will be as prescribed by the Director General.
