(1) Section 7A of the Act. For approval to collect data, the collector should submit an application to the department in the format as per the schedule.
(2) Sub-rule (1) After receiving the application, if the department deems it appropriate to give approval after conducting the necessary investigation, it may also mention the registration number in the registration book and give approval.
(3) After receiving the approval as per sub-rule (2), the collector should also mention the registration number in the questionnaire and in the publication of the data.
