According to this Act, Nepali students who study on scholarship should work for at least four years if they get a full scholarship from the institution and at least two years if they get a partial scholarship.
(2) A Nepali student studying on a scholarship of any body or organization should work in a certain place for a certain period of time in order to receive such a scholarship.
(3) According to section 34, the students who have been admitted to the institution's priority must work for at least two years in the health institutions of the rural areas designated by the Government of Nepal.
(4) Nepalese students who study on priority or scholarship as per section 34 and 35 will give permanent certificate of educational qualification to such student only after working full time mentioned in sub-section (1), (2) or (3).
(5) The institution may make necessary arrangements regarding encouraging Nepali students other than students studying on priority or scholarship as per section 34 and 35 to work in health institutions in rural areas after their studies.
