(1) In accordance with sub-section (4) of section 19 of the Act, an application must be submitted to the Director General in the format as per Schedule-13 within thirty days from the date of payment of the tax to be paid.
(2) If the application is not submitted within the time limit as per sub-rule (1), no additional duty will be waived.
