Section 73
Additional protection can be obtained by proving the behavior sought
If the person who accepts the bill of exchange fails to pay the debt before the payment period of the bill of exchange is completed, the holder may file a complaint with the notary public within a reasonable time and ask for additional protection from him. In this way, if additional protection is not granted, it must be verified by a notary public within a reasonable time.
