Rule 31
Form of Detainee Bond
If the investigating officer is detaining a person in connection with the investigation or because of the reason that he is unable to give such bail due to the fact that he is not able to give such bail, with the permission of the officer looking into the case, if a person has to be detained, he shall be given a detainee bond in the format as per Schedule-7.
