(1) If any female prisoner or prisoner becomes pregnant …………… ………………. In the case of a prisoner who has been sentenced to birth imprisonment or has been accused of a crime punishable by such punishment, or in the case of someone other than murder, she must be released on bail after six months of pregnancy, and she who is released on bail will be kept inside the prison again unless she does not have to be imprisoned after two months of her child's birth or if the prison term has been paid.

(2) According to sub-section (1), if a pregnant woman is outside the prison, the period of her stay outside the prison will be deducted from the period of her imprisonment as if she was inside the prison.
