(1) When someone is about to do any business as per Section 6, if he obstructs and does not allow such work to be done, or if he disturbs or assaults the persons who are going to do such work, or if any person is connected or erected in the course of such work If the device is vandalized or if the sign or map made or removed or damaged will be fined up to one thousand rupees or imprisoned for up to one month or both. A fine of up to one thousand rupees will be imposed. or both will be punished.
