(1) If any person or persons establish any class or professional organization without the approval of the Government of Nepal, each such person or persons shall be fined not more than Rs. 500.- shall be fined or imprisonment up to six months or both and the organization established in that way will also be illegal.
(2) If any class and professional organization or any other organization or its committee or member does not comply with any instructions given by the Government of Nepal under this Act or the rules made thereunder or if any work is done contrary to the statute approved by the Government of Nepal, such organization shall, as the case may be, its committee or member, Nepal According to the government's order, a maximum of Rs. 500.- may be fined or suspended or revoked for the period specified in the same order.
