(1) If any person knowingly falsifies or causes to be falsified in any statement or certificate provided to the fund for the purpose of investment or loan provided by the fund or any other facility, or any receipt or any other document held as collateral, if any loss or damage is caused to the fund, Such person shall be punished with a fine of up to fifty thousand rupees or imprisonment for a term of up to three years or both. (2) If anyone violates the confidentiality contrary to section 54, he shall be punished with a fine of up to three thousand rupees or imprisonment for a term of three months or both. (3) Anyone under section 50 If the appointed inspector obstructs his work or if he does not allow the inspection of the accounts or documents that he wants to inspect without any valid reason, such person shall be punished with a fine of up to two thousand rupees or imprisonment for a term of two months or both. If used, he will be fined up to one thousand rupees or imprisoned up to one month or both.
