: (1) A person who imports animals, animal products or animal products in violation of Section 9 shall be fined up to twenty five thousand rupees and if the imported animal, animal products or animal products are found to be infected with an infectious disease, the fine shall be doubled.< br> (2) A person who violates section 10 will be fined up to ten thousand rupees (3) A person who does not comply with the order given under sub-section (1) of section 12 will be fined up to twenty-five thousand rupees.
(4) Apart from what is written in subsection (1), (2) and (3), a person who violates this Act or the regulations made under this Act shall be fined up to five thousand rupees depending on the amount of the offence.
