(1) If someone commits any offense under Section 3, if found guilty, he shall be fined and imprisoned for up to three months, and if he commits any offense under Section 11, he shall be fined as per Section 5, 6, Clause (d) of Section 7. ), (D1), (D2), (E), (F), (C), (H), (J) and (J), if doing any act as per Section 8, 9, 10, 12 or Section 14, such In case of the following violations related to the offense, the following imprisonment and fines will be imposed according to the amount of the offense:- (a) Imprisonment for up to one year if the offense is up to ten lakh rupees, (b) Imprisonment for two years to three years if the offense is more than ten lakh rupees, up to fifty lakh rupees. (c) Imprisonment for three years to four years in case of breach of more than fifty lakh rupees up to one crore rupees, (d) Imprisonment for four years to six years in case of breach of more than one crore rupees up to ten crore rupees (e) In case of breach of more than ten crore rupees up to fifty crore rupees six years to eight years Imprisonment for up to one year, (f) Imprisonment for up to eight years to ten years if more than fifty million rupees up to one billion rupees, (g) Imprisonment for ten years to twelve years for any amount exceeding one billion rupees. (3) The following offenses shall be punished as follows:-( a) In case of committing an offense under clauses (a), (b), (c) or section 13 of section 7, he shall be fined and imprisoned up to four years. (b) Sections 12A, 14A or 14 b. If the offense is committed as follows, in case of the following violations related to such offense, the following imprisonment and fine will be imposed according to the amount of the offense:-(1) If the violation is up to fifty million rupees, imprisonment for one year to three years, (2) If the violation is up to five million rupees, three rupees Imprisonment from year to five years, (3) Imprisonment for five years to seven years in case of corruption between five million rupees and fifty million rupees, (4) Imprisonment for seven years to nine years regardless of the amount of corruption above fifty million rupees. If it is not possible to do so, it will be fined up to ten lakh rupees and imprisoned for up to two years according to the amount of the offence.If the official or employee is identified, such official or employee will be responsible, and if the offense is not identified, the person working as the head of the office of such organization at the time of committing the offense will be responsible. A person or an organization shall be punished with half of the punishment imposed on the offender. (7) If there is an organization that commits banking offenses or is indirectly involved in committing such offenses or provides assistance, the chief executive or officer of such an organization or a person performing work in an executive capacity shall be punished in accordance with this Act.
