(1) During the acquisition of land in accordance with section 14 or any notice in accordance with this Act, if there is obstruction or obstruction, the punishment shall be imprisonment up to three months or a fine up to two thousand rupees or both.
(2) If someone uproots or cuts a tree planted under section 16 or under section 16A. On the contrary, driving an overweight vehicle or taking mud, stones, or sand in accordance with Section 17, obstructing obstacles, or doing any act in violation of Section 18, will be fined up to two thousand rupees.
(3) If anyone commits any act in contravention of sub-section (1) of section 19 or obstructs the road department in carrying out any work in accordance with sub-section (3) of the same section, he shall be imprisoned for up to one year or fined up to five thousand rupees or both.
