(1) Violation of sub-section (1) or (3) of section 8, section 9, sub-section (2) of section 10, sub-section (3) of section 11 or sub-section (2) of section 12 A person who commits a crime for the first time will be punished with a fine up to five thousand rupees and for the second time up to ten thousand rupees or imprisonment up to one month or both.
(2) A person who violates section 3, sub-section (1) or (2) of section 11 or section 13 shall be punished with a fine up to ten thousand rupees for the first time and up to twenty thousand rupees for the second time or with imprisonment for a term up to three months or both.
