Section 53
Punishment for violation of rules made under section 13
: (1) If a person appointed to sell postage stamps sells postage stamps at a price higher than that prescribed by any rule made under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13, the excess so charged If the amount is paid by him, he will be fined up to one thousand rupees.
