Section 51
Penalty for Violation of Section 3
: (1) If a person commits any of the following offences, he shall be fined not more than Rs. There will be a fine of up to twenty five:-
(a) if any letter within the monopoly of the Government of Nepal as per section 3 is conveyed by means other than post, or (b) does any other act connected with the conveyance of any letter within such monopoly by any means other than by post, or
(c) sends or causes to be sent or delivers any letter within such monopoly, or
(d) If the letters are collected to be sent by means other than post as written in the following (a), (b) or (c) of section 3.
(2) If a person commits an offense punishable under this section again after being proved, he shall be fined Rs. There will be a fine of up to fifty.
(a) if any letter within the monopoly of the Government of Nepal as per section 3 is conveyed by means other than post, or (b) does any other act connected with the conveyance of any letter within such monopoly by any means other than by post, or
(c) sends or causes to be sent or delivers any letter within such monopoly, or
(d) If the letters are collected to be sent by means other than post as written in the following (a), (b) or (c) of section 3.
(2) If a person commits an offense punishable under this section again after being proved, he shall be fined Rs. There will be a fine of up to fifty.
