: If anyone commits any of the following acts, the order of the department will impose the following fines according to the amount of the offense and the property related to the offense will be confiscated:-
(a) In case of any offense mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 3, fine up to five lakh rupees.
(b) A fine of up to two hundred and fifty thousand rupees if any business is engaged in doing any of the work mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 3 or if he encourages the doing of such work.
