Rule 13
Check on the application

(1) After receiving the application in accordance with Rule 12, the District Water Resources Committee shall conduct necessary investigations regarding whether or not the applicant has submitted the necessary documents, details or reports required to be submitted with the application in accordance with the Act and this regulation.
(2) If the applicant has not submitted any document, statement or report that should be submitted with the application during the investigation according to sub-rule (1), the District Water Resources Committee shall give notice to the relevant applicant within fifteen days from the date of submission of the application, specifying the deadline for reasonable waiver to submit such document, statement or report. .
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), if the District Water Resources Committee has given a deadline notice for submitting any document, statement or report, the date on which such document is received shall be considered as the date of application for the purpose of sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Act.
