(1) If a party fails to submit any other details or report to the Commission in accordance with this Act or other federal laws, except for the details and reports mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 54, or if the party does not fulfill the conditions required to be registered in accordance with the constitution or federal laws, the registration of such party shall be cancelled. Will not last.
(2) The Commission shall publish the name of the party whose registration is not maintained in accordance with sub-section (1) in the Nepal Gazette.
