(1) The registration office shall do the following in relation to each information registered before it:- (a) Each registered record shall be given a separate registration number. (c) Every record should be kept open for public inspection. (2) The registration office should register the initial notice in the name of the person giving the mortgage. (4) The registration office shall maintain a serial numbered list of the serial numbered vehicles with serial numbers. (5) The registration office shall preserve the record of expired notices for ten years from the date of expiration. (6) The liability of the registered office shall be administrative only. . While registering the information or refusing to register the information, the registration office will not determine anything about whether such information is sufficient or insufficient or whether the information mentioned in the information is true or false.
