(1) The registration office shall provide the following information to any person who requests any information from it:- (a) The information stating the name of a particular person who gave the mortgage and the information existing in the case of all the mortgage takers has been registered or not on the date and time specified by the registration office. (b) the registration number of each notice and the date and time of registration of such notice, (c) the name and address of the mortgagee and mortgagee mentioned in each notice, (d) the description of the mortgaged property mentioned in each notice or notice of amendment, and (e) ) The registration number of each record related to each preliminary notice and the date of registration, time and identifying the record revision, continuation, correction or termination details. It can be done:- (a) Registration number of the initial notification, (b) Serial number of the vehicle with serial number, (c) If the person giving the mortgage is a Nepali citizen, his citizenship certificate number, or (d) If the person giving the mortgage is a non-Nepali citizen, his name and passport number. (3) The registered office may communicate information or information by any means while complying with its duties.
