(1) The committee shall prepare and keep up-to-date the registration book in the format as per schedule-8 of the license granted in accordance with this regulation and in the format as per schedule-9 of the temporary license.
(2) Records of licenses and temporary licenses granted in accordance with prevailing laws shall be maintained in the register book as per sub-rule (1) prior to commencement of this regulation.
