(1) After the completion of measurement work and preparation of registration certificate, the designated authority shall prepare the land owner registration certificate certificate and give it to the concerned landowner or his representative for the purpose of proof of ownership of the land according to the registration certificate.
(1a) If the ground floor of a house has separate ownership on the upper floor or on the same floor, the separate ownership registration certificate of the floors under such separate ownership shall be prepared and given to the respective landowner or his representative.
(2) If the land owner registration certificate as per sub-section (1) is not received, the person who is not satisfied with the land owner registration certificate from the date of commencement of the distribution of the land owner registration certificate in the same area or after receiving the land owner registration certificate, shall file a complaint with the specified authority within sixty days from the date of receipt of the land owner registration certificate.
(3) In the complaint received under sub-section (2), the designated officer shall make necessary selections under section 6 Sub-section (5), (5A), (5B) And if it is necessary to submit the land owner registration proof after looking at the registration prepared according to (6), then the land owner registration proof must be submitted or if it needs to be corrected, then another land owner registration proof must be submitted after correction. However, in the case of filing a complaint in accordance with this sub-section, due to the question of rights or rights arising in accordance with sub-section (7) of section 6, if it is not possible to supply or correct the land owner registration certificate, when the matter has been decided by the court, the land owner registration certificate can be supplied or corrected clearly. The designated officer shall immediately give notice to the complainant.
(4) The registration of government, public or community land shall be as prescribed.
