(1) The department may publish the details regarding the design registered in accordance with section 14 and the trademark registered in accordance with section 18, its renewal and registration fee for the information of the general public.
(2) If anyone objects to the information published under sub-section (1), such person may file a complaint with the department within thirty-five days from the date of publication of the information. The department should investigate the complaint and take necessary action.
