: (1) Among the patents registered according to this Act, the department shall publish in the Nepal Gazette for the information of the general public, the patents other than those required to be kept secret for the national interest.
(2) If anyone wants to see or take a copy of the description, map or drawing of the published patent according to sub-section (1), he can see such patent or take a copy of it by paying the fee prescribed by the department.
(3) According to sub-section (2), within thirty-five days from the date of viewing the patent or taking a copy thereof, if anyone has any objection to such patent, he may file a complaint with the department.
(4) If there is a complaint according to sub-section (3), the department shall investigate and take necessary action.
