(1) Notwithstanding anything written in other sections of this Act, if the former road or lane is changed or if the road or lane is not in use due to the concerned person leaving his land and expanding the road or lane, the designated authority shall correct the difference in the registered road of the former. If an application is made, the concerned surveyor Goshwara will submit the application to the designated committee and according to the committee's recommendation, the road or the road connected to the applicant's land will be registered in the name of the concerned person.
(2) When preparing the registration list according to this Act, if there is any difference in the name, surname, nationality, age, three generations, lot number, area or type of the land owner, the concerned officer will make necessary checks and adjust it in the registration list.
