Notwithstanding anything written in section 10, no domestic or foreign organized organization can be registered as an insurer in the following cases:-(a) If the name of another insurer comes to be registered matching the name of the insurer already registered in the office of the Committee, and (a) ) If it comes to register to operate life insurance and non-life insurance business, but before that the insurer who has been registered and operating life insurance and non-life insurance business shall act as a separate organization conducting life insurance and non-life insurance business from the date specified by the committee.
