(1) On every Nepalese ship, the registered name and place of registration of the ship should be written in Devanagari and Roman script in white oil and on a black background in the place specified in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 19 of the Act. br> (2) According to sub-rule (1), the size of each letter and the name of the space between them shall be as prescribed by the registrar. But the size of the letters of the name should be clearly larger than the letters of the place of registration and the width of these letters should not be less than ten centimeters and the height of forty centimeters.
(3) According to this rule, the letters to be written on the ship shall be written on the boats and dinghies accompanying the ship in the same proportion as they are written on any ship.
