Rule 5
Certificate of registration to be given
On the application submitted for registration according to rule 3, the relevant tax officer after examining and finding it suitable for registration according to rule 4, within thirty days from the date of submission of the application, register the business done or intended to be done by the applicant and give it to the applicant in the format according to Schedule-3 with the registration number. Certificate of registration should be given.
