Every Nepalese vessel must carry the certificate of registration obtained under the Vessel Registration Act, 2027. Such a certificate shall prove the nationality, occupation and class of shipping of the vessel and shall record the ownership of the vessel and the obligations (charges) and restrictions (restrictions) imposed on the vessel.
