(1) If a member of a party who is a member of the Federal Parliament or a State Assembly leaves the party or is expelled from the party in accordance with this Act, the respective parliamentary party shall give the notification to the secretariat of the respective assembly along with the decision.
(2) Upon receipt of the notice in accordance with sub-section (1), the Federal Parliament or the Provincial Assembly Secretariat shall submit such notice to the Speaker or the Speaker of the respective House or Assembly.
