(1) The party formed according to section 3 must be registered with the Commission.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), a party registered with the Commission in accordance with the prevailing law and still registered at the time of commencement of this Act shall not be registered and such party shall be deemed to be registered in accordance with this Act.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (2), the party which is still registered at the commencement of this Act shall, within one year from the commencement of this Act, comply with clauses (a), (b), (c), (a) of sub-section (1) of section 5. Details and documents as per f) and (g) should be submitted to the Commission.
(4) A party registered in accordance with this Act may exercise the rights and obtain facilities under this Act.
(5) The commission shall publish the notice of party registration in the Nepal Gazette in accordance with this Act.
