(1) If any party commits any act or action in accordance with the restrictive clause (3) of Article 17, Clause (2) of the Constitution, the Government of Nepal shall send a written notice to the Commission to stop such action.
(2) If written according to sub-section (1), the commission investigates the matter as specified and if it appears that such work or action should be stopped, the commission will make a decision and order the relevant party to stop such work and action and inform the Nepal government about it.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, this section shall not prevent action against such offense in accordance with the law, if the action under sub-section (1) is considered a criminal offense according to the prevailing law.
