(1) The party shall have a separate fund (2) The following amounts shall be deposited in the fund:-
(a) The amount received from each member as per the statute for membership fee or membership renewal fee,
(b) Voluntary financial support to be received in accordance with section 38,
(c) the amount collected by the party by organizing any event,
(d) Proceeds from the publication and sale of movable and immovable property of the parties,
(e) Interest amount received from the bank for the amount in the fund,
(f) Support amount received regularly from the member as per the statute.
(3) The amount collected in the fund should be deposited in the bank account.
(4) All expenses incurred in the name of the party shall be borne by the fund.
